Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team, with openings available for both day and night shifts. The position follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, either from 7:00am to 7:00pm or from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

ResponsibilitiesConduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.Perform checks on all machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment in production to ensure safe and efficient operation.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.Work with 480 V systems, PLCs, and 3-phase motors.Essential SkillsProven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.Capability to conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Experience working with 480 V systems, PLCs, and 3-phase motors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with automated machinery.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based in an injection molding shop, providing a cleaner work environment due to working with plastics rather than metals. The position offers a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, allowing for an efficient work-life balance, with only 190 working days a year. A $1.50 shift differential is provided for night shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.

If scheduled for a holiday, they will get paid 1.5, if they aren't scheduled, they will still get paid.\nHighmark BlueCross BlueShield, different packages from basic to premium coverage. 401k available, up to 5%, and they will match 4%
