**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team, with openings available for both day and night shifts. The position follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, either from 7:00am to 7:00pm or from 7:00pm to 7:00am. **Responsibilities** + Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. + Perform checks on all machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment in production to ensure safe and efficient operation. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes. + Work with 480 V systems, PLCs, and 3-phase motors. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Capability to conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience working with 480 V systems, PLCs, and 3-phase motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with automated machinery. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a competitive benefits package, including Highmark BlueCross BlueShield coverage with multiple plan options, and a 401k with up to 5% available, including a 4% company match. A $1.50 shift differential is provided for night shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Latrobe, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr. If scheduled for a holiday, they will get paid 1.5, if they aren't scheduled, they will still get paid.
