We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The ideal candidate is mechanically and electrically proficient and motivated to minimize downtime through proactive maintenance practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, service, and repair complex industrial machinery and production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to quickly resolve equipment failuresPerform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operationDiagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliabilityEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policiesRequired Skills and QualificationsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsProven experience as an Industrial or Maintenance TechnicianWorking knowledge of hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production settingPreventive and predictive maintenance experienceFamiliarity with industrial safety standards and best practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
