Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftLocation: Edinburgh, INPay Range: $25-$30/hr 
What’s the Job? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems). Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as injection molding, thermoforming machines, and secondary equipment. Install, adjust, and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with vendors and team members to coordinate repairs and parts ordering.What’s Needed? Experience in industrial maintenance (Injection Molding/Thermoforming experience preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical and electrical schematics. Self-motivated, safety-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
