Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our industrial team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a couple of years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monthly Rotation – 3 Shifts

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMContract Type: 3-Month Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $25–$27/hourOvertime: High potential for OTKey Responsibilities:Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipmentAssist with troubleshooting and resolving minor electrical issuesSupport preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliabilityRespond to equipment breakdowns and assist technicians as neededMaintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresQualifications:1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and light electrical)Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and pneumaticsFamiliarity with lockout/tagout procedures and general safety practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as neededInterview Process:1 In-Person InterviewNo assessments required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
