Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a rotating night shift role. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performing reactive maintenance on a variety of systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors. You will work with equipment such as labeling machines, bottling machines, palletizing machines, and filler machines.
Responsibilities
Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on conveyors, motors, and other industrial equipment.Engage in electrical troubleshooting, including working with 3-phase systems and PLCs.Ensure efficient operation of labeling, bottling, and palletizing machines.Collaborate with a team of 22 maintenance technicians to ensure optimal plant operations.Essential Skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and maintenance repair.Ability to work effectively with 3-phase electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.Minimum of 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the food and beverage industry or plastic/bottling industry is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled plant alongside a dedicated team of 22 maintenance technicians. Be prepared to hit the ground running and contribute to a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
