**Industrial Maintenance Technician** Job Description As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of equipment used in food processing. This role involves both preventative and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime. Responsibilities + Perform all preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on processing equipment. + Conduct routine greasing of equipment. + Repair and maintain pumps and conveyors, including changing seals, valves, and piping. + Perform motor alignments and bearing maintenance, as well as change fluids and swap gearboxes. + Participate in an on-call rotation during weekends, with compensation for on-call duties. Essential Skills + Experience with food manufacturing and maintenance technician roles. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and pump repair. + Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems. + Experience in industrial maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in a food or agricultural facility is preferred, but not required. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
