Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including poppers, kettle-coaters, and bagging machines, as well as overseeing the maintenance of our 25,000 square foot facility with HVAC systems. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will ensure efficient operations. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to support the maintenance of SQF Level 2 certification, maintaining the highest standards for equipment and facility upkeep. Additionally, you will lead efforts to automate production processes, evaluating and recommending new equipment to drive innovation and efficiency.

Work Environment
You will work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
