Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work independently and collaboratively to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and facility systems. Your work will directly support production efficiency and equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Replace PC boards, program VFDs, and diagnose issues using testing devices.Maintain and repair air compressors and other plant utility systems.Identify and correct energy loss issues and production inefficiencies.Support team problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shop tools and inventory.Participate in safety programs including LOTO, hazard analysis, and GMP compliance.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.Essential Skills & QualificationsElectrical troubleshooting experience in industrial or manufacturing settings (480v systems preferred).Familiarity with industrial electrical cabinets and CMMS systems.Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.Valid driver’s license required.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Technician LevelsLevel 1: Entry-level with general mechanical knowledge, motivated to learn, familiar with tools and basic concepts.Level 2: 3–5 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience, ideally in manufacturing.Level 3: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant (food manufacturing preferred), with leadership and PLC knowledge a plus.Why Join Us?

You’ll be working in a climate-controlled food manufacturing facility with two shifts:

Day Shift:4:00 AM – 11:30 AMSecond Shift:11:30 AM – 8:00 PMMonday through Friday, with flexibility required for early or late shifts.The facility features conveyors, distribution systems, and specialized food manufacturing equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
