**Richburg, SC** **Shift: Nights 7pm - 7am (2-2-3)** **Pay: $24-35/hr.** **Job Position:** **Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Key Responsibilities:** + Observes functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards, problems, and the need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical, electronic and mechanical components + Discusses performance issues and improvement ideas with pertinent technical staff + Reads and understands electronic and electrical/mechanical schematics + Assembles experimental circuitry of complete prototype models according to engineering instruction, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components and their functions + Recommends changes in circuitry of installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance + Understands and is able to trouble-shoot and repair solid-state motor drives, solid-state temperature controllers, and computer-based controllers + Sets up standard test apparatus or contrives test equipment and circuitry; conducts functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production models + Analyzes and interprets data from solid-state motor drives and controllers scope meters and other troubleshooting equipment + Adjusts, calibrates and aligns circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PLC or Maintenance Mechanic role in an industrial environment + Strong engineering and technical skills including PLC, Electrical and Mechanical skills + Possess an ability to conduct basic mathematical calculations + Be able to use electrical test instrumentation + Have good communication skills to work with plant personnel and vendors + Good analytical and problem-solving ability + Understanding of Continuous improvement methods + Computer skills (MS office, HMI, Control Logic) + Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC programming/troubleshooting skills + Required to maintain backups of programs from all electrical devices **Benefits:** + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. + 401K match + ESL program starting-does take Spanish speakers + Gym onsite as well as showers and cafeteria (very cheap to buy food there) + Benefits hit 1st day of the month after 30th day of employment + Dental and vision free for employee only no spouse + 2% match 401K + PTO accruing 4.6 hours every week can make 120 hours in 1st year (NO SICK DAYS THOUGH NEEDS TO USE PTO)after 91 days candidate can take pto **Additional Qualifications** + Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience in preventive maintenance and industrial maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. + Electrical welding experience. **Work Environment** Newer facility built in 2015, with some areas climate controlled and others not, but does not reflect extreme heat. The work environment is equipped with modern technologies and tools to support your role.
