We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery, robots, and auxiliary equipment. Your expertise will help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our production systems.

🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipmentConduct routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeInspect and maintain production machines, robotic systems, and auxiliary componentsRead and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manualsWork safely and effectively with 480V systems, PLCs, and three-phase motorsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues🧠 Essential SkillsStrong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with preventive and corrective maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accuratelySolid understanding of safety protocols and industrial standards⚙️ Additional QualificationsHands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsKnowledge of automated machinery and roboticsUnderstanding of low and medium voltage electrical systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.

If scheduled for a holiday, they will get paid 1.5, if they aren't scheduled, they will still get paid.
Highmark BlueCross blueshield, different packages from basic to premium coverage. 401k available, up to 5%, and they will match 4%.
