**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all industrial equipment in the facility. The role involves working with conveyor systems that handle green beans and bell peppers, and assisting the maintenance manager with the installation of preventive maintenance measures throughout the facility. The technician will ensure that production machinery operates with minimal downtime. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair all industrial equipment within the facility. + Assist the maintenance manager with the installation of preventive maintenance systems. + Ensure conveyor systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, focusing on 3-phase motors. + Perform electrical work up to 480 volts. **Essential Skills** + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. + Experience repairing conveyor systems. + Knowledge of electrical work up to 480 volts. + Experience with 3-phase motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine repair experience. + Hydraulic experience. + Pneumatic experience. + Fabrication skills. **Why Work Here?** The company is committed to investing in its maintenance team, recently upgrading the maintenance department with substantial resources. During the busy season, particularly around Thanksgiving, technicians may work 10-12 hour days with a 55-60 hour work week. The plant maintains a temperature of 40 degrees, necessitating warm attire such as coats and gloves. After one month, company uniforms are provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Benton Harbor, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr. Blue cross blue shield, dental, vision, 401k matching, life, very good single benefits.
