**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Requirements** + Able to safely lift objects weighing up to 50lbs unassisted. + Able to stand for long periods & stoop/bend/push/pull frequently. + Embodies SRC values (i.e., Teamwork, Problem Solving, Integrity, Relationships, and Excellence). + 4+ years of manufacturing experience; with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some Electrical and PLC understanding. + High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. + Clear and effective communication skills - verbal, written, and typed - across all levels of the organization (able to receive and give). + Possess a basic understanding of math. + Able to follow directions of supervisor. + Open to constructive criticism and makes proper adjustments to feedback. **Preferred Skills** + Journeyman Millwright + Pneumatic certifications + Hydraulic certifications + Pipefitter experience + Welding (TIG, MIG, and stick) **Schedule** : + Second Shift, 2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
