Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. This position involves a mix of electrical and mechanical work, ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machines and equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards and diagnose malfunctioning apparatuses such as transformers, motors, and hydraulic valves.Read and interpret electronic and hydraulic prints, diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.Conduct hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs, and remove and replace worn or defective parts of drive mechanisms and hydraulic systems.Run new electrical circuits and conduit for new installations as needed.Replace faulty electrical equipment on machines, including relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices.Identify and order parts and supplies through various vendors.Engage in minor mold repairs and oversee the complete maintenance and preventative maintenance program.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.Experience with 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems.Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic and hydraulic systems.Capability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.High voltage experience (460 volts).Additional Skills & QualificationsHydraulic and electronic experience.Industrial and machine maintenance experience.Experience in running new electrical circuits.Injection molding experience is a plus.
Work Environment
Work in an injection mold shop that is not air-conditioned. The environment is fairly laid back and can be slow-paced if all machines are running well. The position operates on the 1st shift from 5/6am to 4:00pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
