•\tOperate electrical hand tools as well as voltage, ampere and temperature measuring devices.\n•\tWork from blueprints, drawings, sketches or layouts.\n•\tDiagnose problems in order to replace or repair parts/machinery as required.\n•\tOperate and maintain basic Maintenance Department equipment and machinery.\n•\tPerform scheduled preventive maintenance as directed.\n•\tTroubleshoot and repairs equipment.\n•\tAssemble, fabricate and install parts, equipment and machinery.\n•\tNotify maintenance management of any abused and or misused equipment and/or machinery.\n•\tNotify maintenance management of shortage of supplies.\n•\tParticipate in problem solving teams.\n•\tFollow all housekeeping and safety regulations.\n•\tFill out necessary paperwork. (eMaint program, RMA documentation, Tool Repair, etc.)\n•\tManage assigned workload and prioritize to minimize productivity losses.\n•\tPerform Lockout / TagOut procedures as a Habasit \"Authorized Associate\".\n•\tAssist other maintenance personnel.\n•\tPerform janitorial duties as directed. (Housekeeping, machine cleaning, facility cleaning, etc.)\n•\tPerform snow removal.\n•\tPerform grounds keeping tasks as directed.\n•\tIs on call to come to work during off shift hours to help out in emergency situations.\n•\tAny other duties as assigned.

•\tPreferred – Knowledge and/or skills for Metal Fabrication (Mig, Tig, Grinders, Saws, Tap-n-Die, etc.)\n•\tPreferred - Associates Degree in Related Field.\n•\tPreferred – Intermediate computer skills.\n•\tPreferred – OSHA electrical certification.\n•\tPreferred – Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.\n•\tRequired - Ability to use a calculator and a tape measure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
