**Night Shift Industrial Maintenance -$38/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at an extrusion company. This role involves working the 3rd shift (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule to ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced production facility. **Responsibilities** + Oversee 10 different production lines. + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery. + Walk to other facilities as needed to perform maintenance tasks. + Troubleshoot and rewire 480 three-phase motors, including changing motor rotation. + Conduct mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting. + Read and interpret inputs/outputs. + Perform PLC troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting and rewiring 480 three-phase motors. + Experience in mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting. + Ability to perform reactive and preventative maintenance. + Comfortability with PLC troubleshooting. + Knowledge in reading inputs/outputs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $83200.00/yr. - 401K - Tuition Reinbursement - Team culture - Tenured workforce - Medical, Dental, & Vision - Investing in Columbus; machinery & equipment - Bi-Weekly Pay - Annual retirements - Caregiver Leave - Sign on bonus paid out 3 months & 6 months ($2,000) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jul 30, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
