**Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong understanding in both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment using schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. + Utilize electrical testing instruments (e.g., voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, insulation testers) to diagnose and ensure system safety and compatibility. + Read and interpret electrical ladder diagrams and equipment manuals to identify and resolve faults in circuits, wiring, and components. + Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, motor control circuits, and industrial equipment operating at 3-phase, 480V. + Inspect and measure parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rules to determine wear and dimensional accuracy. + Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to prevent unplanned downtime. + Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, and manage inventory of parts and supplies. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. + Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ideally a 50/50 skill split. + Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs and robotic systems (preferred). + Experience with 3-phase motors and 480V electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret ladder diagrams and technical documentation. + Must possess basic hand tools required for the role. **Additional Information** + No personal protective equipment (PPE), medical testing, or certifications are required for this position. **Key Skills** + Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance + PLC Troubleshooting + Motor Controls + Industrial Equipment Repair + Electrical Schematics & Ladder Diagrams + Preventive Maintenance + Inventory Management **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
