**Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Colorado Springs** We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. **Pay:** $25.00 - $32.00 per hour ( _based on experience/opportunity for advancement)_ **Schedule:** 3rd shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs + Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and software-related issues + Assist with equipment installations and upgrades + Document maintenance activities and update procedures **You Will Work With:** + Dicing Saws, Grinders, Epoxy Printers + Plasma Etchers, Metal Plate Line + RO Water Systems, Tape & Reel, Pick & Place Tools **Qualifications:** + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills + Experience with AC/DC motors, pneumatic systems, and small electronic components + Ability to read schematics and use hand tools + Familiarity with semiconductor or small part fabrication + Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
