Industrial Maintenance Technician
**We are immediately interviewing & hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 3rd Shift (train on first 4-8 weeks) $30-$35/hr to start at a growing, stable manufacture with a tenured team. Will get at least 8 hours of OT weekly. Weekly pay and excellent benefits available.** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will perform timely equipment change-overs, assist in equipment maintenance and rebuilding activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform timely equipment change-overs as required by the production schedule. + Assist in maintaining an established preventative maintenance schedule on assigned equipment. + Participate in equipment rebuilding activities and execute projects as directed. + Make timely repairs as directed by the engineering department. + Assist operators with equipment set-ups to ensure proper functionality. + Requisition parts, components, supplies, and equipment necessary for maintenance. + Provide training to plant personnel in equipment and process control. **Skills/Qualifications** + 2+ years of related experience in packaging machines/production machines. + Knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting. + Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing plant and perform strenuous physical tasks. + Capability to work in extreme temperatures, indoors and outdoors. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where the average employee tenure is about 15 years, offering significant growth opportunities both position and pay-wise. Monday to Thursday, 6pm-6am with training on the first shift (6am-6pm). Additional overtime on Fridays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
