Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced machine maintenance technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills? Join a rapidly growing company where you’ll play a key role in keeping food processing equipment running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues on food processing machineryBreak down and reassemble equipment for cleaning and start-upDiagnose and repair pneumatic, power transmission, and mechanical systemsWork flexible shifts (6-7 days a week, 10-12 hours per shift) in a refrigerated environmentMaintain reliability and document troubleshooting processesWhat You Bring:2+ years in food manufacturing maintenance or 7+ years in machine maintenanceStrong electrical troubleshooting skills (24-480V systems)Experience with pneumatics, power transmission, and mechanical repairsBasic PLC knowledge for automation troubleshootingHigh school diploma or GED required (Technical certifications are a plus)Experience with welding and fabricating is beneficialGood tenure and reliability in past rolesWhy Join Us?Be part of a new, expanding company with real career growth potentialEnjoy a supportive work environment where your expertise is valuedCompetitive pay, training programs, and advancement opportunitiesWork Environment:Refrigerated food manufacturing facility with strict GMP guidelinesMultiple shifts available (1st: 5am-3:30pm, 2nd: 2pm-12:30am, 3rd: 10pm-7:30am)1-2 weeks of training provided on the 1st shiftTools provided, but you can bring your own if preferred5-6 day workweek, with flexibility based on production needs
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $64400.00/yr.
