Your Role: Maintenance Mechanic

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—keeping our equipment running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and mechanical systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systemsPerform scheduled preventive maintenanceMaintain accurate maintenance recordsCollaborate with production teams to ensure equipment readinessFollow all safety protocols and food safety standards

Shifts Available (We’re Hiring for D & E Crews):

🟩D Crew:

Schedule: Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM + 1 weekday every other week (your choice!)Enjoy 3-day weekends every other week!

🟦E Crew:

Schedule: Fri–Sun, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM + 1 weekday every other week (your choice!)Perfect for night owls who love long weekends!

What You Bring:

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a plus)Strong skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and refrigerationAbility to read schematics and technical manualsA proactive, safety-first mindsetWillingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Direct hires, New 4 12 hr shifts! This is a contract food manufacturer, so there is plenty of long-term stability. In addition they are adding new lines so business is strong here.
