We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians at all experience levels—from recent graduates to seasoned electromechanical experts. This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment,where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.
Pay Structure Based on Experience
Trainee– $28.69/hrRecent grads or candidates with 6 months of maintenance experience.Electromechanical Tech 1– $32.06/hr1–5 years of experience in both maintenance and electrical work.Electromechanical Tech 2– $36.90/hr5+ years of experience, including PLC troubleshooting and advanced diagnostics.Key Responsibilities
Perform electromechanical maintenance, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.Operate and maintain equipment such as tube benders, cutoff machines, and lathes.Replace proximity switches, hydraulic pumps, and cylinders.Install and evaluate low-voltage electrical systems for compliance with NEC, OSHA, and internal safety standards.Use diagnostic tools including volt/ohm meters, amp meters, and PLC interfaces.Execute lockout/tagout procedures and ensure safe work practices.Travel between buildings to complete maintenance tasks in a large industrial facility.Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
Experience with industrial maintenance tools and techniques.Familiarity with tube bending, cutoff operations, and lathe machinery.Nice-to-Haves:
Electromechanical or electrical technician background.Experience with PLCs and control systems.Welding and metal fabrication skills.Qualifications
Actively pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field.Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.Ability to work in challenging environments (wet, hot, dusty, cold).Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
