Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment within our facility. You will be working primarily on cold forming machines, vision systems, rollers, tapping machines, inspection machines, automated welding machines, air cylinders, thread rollers, dies, and conveyors. The role involves more mechanical than electrical work, approximately a 70/30 ratio, and includes PLC troubleshooting with 480v and 3-phase systems. You will also work on hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, motors and drives, welding, and sensor panels including sensors and VFDs.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical maintenance on facility equipment.Troubleshoot and maintain cold forming machines, vision systems, and rollers.Repair and maintain tapping machines, inspection machines, and automated welding machines.Work with air cylinders, thread rollers, dies, and conveyors.Engage in PLC troubleshooting with 480v and 3-phase systems.Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Repair and replace motors and drives.Perform welding as needed.Maintain sensor panels, sensors, and VFDs.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.50/hr.
