Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRepair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production machineryConduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeFollow all OSHA safety standards and company proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWork closely with operations and engineering teamsIndustrial Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
Maintenance Technician experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (motors, switches, controls)Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work ordersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial conditionsReliable attendance and strong problem-solving mindsetAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
