**Industrial Maintenance (Pay up to $38/hr)** **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform both routine and emergency mechanical maintenance on production machinery + Diagnose and repair issues involving conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical systems + Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime + Fabricate, modify, and install mechanical components as needed + Collaborate with electricians and other maintenance professionals to resolve complex equipment issues + Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and parts usage + Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards **Qualifications:** + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Experience with industrial equipment maintenance + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics + Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving + Commitment to safety and continuous improvement **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay up to $38/hr + Opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive team + Career growth and training opportunities + Comprehensive benefits package (if applicable) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $38480.00/yr. 1. pay is good for the area 2. $2000 sign on bonus paid out over 4 months ($500/month) 3. $250 attendance bonus paid out every month for no missed work (can miss up to 5x a month if have a dr note or use PTO up to 5x a month and it will not count against you. If everyone on team meets attendance bonus - extra $100/month for a total of $350/month 4. benefits including full medical, dental, vision, 401k etc. 5. 90 hours of PTO to start, year 3 increases to 120 hours 6.
