This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the ground up as we build and scale operations in a highly automated environment.

Pay: $35.50/hour

Location: Aurora, CO

Shifts: Day and Night shifts available

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our Operations Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and safely while also helping shape the next generation of maintenance talent.

What You’ll Do:

Repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems throughout the facilityInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipmentPerform mechanical, electrical, and controls-based repairs as needed to support continuous operationsAssist in facility start-up, equipment commissioning, and implementation of new automation technologiesMentor and support junior maintenance technicians to help develop their skillsMaintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience2+ years of hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical/controls-based systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas as needed

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
