**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Maintenance Mechanics** for projects located in the **Tacoma, WA area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$32-36/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are an Industrial Maintenance Mechanicand want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on Whirley Cranes + Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems + Work with load cells, load sheers, gearboxes, and crane cables + Troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC systems, and VFDs + Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals + Climb ladders and work at heights up to 150 feet + Follow safety protocols and collaborate with site personnel **Requirements** + Strong AC/DC theory knowledge and motor control troubleshooting + Experience with VFDs and PLCs (preferred) + Skilled in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems + Ability to use tools and handle heavy equipment **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
