**Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic**
**Pay Rate** **starting at $22.00-$24.00 per hour**
**Full Time** **3rd shift**
**Temp to hire position**
We are looking for a dependable and skilled manufacturing maintenance mechanic. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, good problem solving skills and quality workmanship.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery, mechanical systems and plant equipment
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on conveyors, motors, gearboxes and other production equipment
+ Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and diagrams
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
+ Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
+ Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and lift machinery when necessary
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 2 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
+ Basic computer literacy for work order entry and equipment logging
+ Valid drivers license
