Job Title: Maintenance Helper
Job Description

This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to begin their career in maintenance and trades. You will start with basic facilities and janitorial work, gradually learning the skills necessary for more advanced trades.

ResponsibilitiesPerform semiskilled maintenance work on structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, refrigeration, and production equipment.Assist in installing, tearing down, and relocating equipment.Operate a forklift to move waste from production into various bins.Essential SkillsBasic mechanical aptitude.Knowledge of hand and power tools.Ability to operate a forklift.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work inside a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Be a part of a small team of maintenance technicians who value work ethic and possess a proactive attitude. Initially train on A Shift (Monday - Wednesday, 7am-7pm) for the first few weeks, then transition to C Shift (Thursday - Saturday, 7am-7pm).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Black Creek, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.25/hr.
