Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems on industrial machineryMaintain motors, controls, wiring, panels, and related electrical equipmentDiagnose electrical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtimePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipmentFollow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-outWork closely with maintenance and production teamsSupport mill operations, including overtime when requiredIndustrial Maintenance Electrician Qualifications:
Experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician in a non-climate-controlled heavy manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of industrial electrical systems and equipmentAbility to read work instructions, diagrams, and schedulesPhysically able to work in a mill setting (standing, climbing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)Forklift certification or willingness to obtainAssociate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferredBasic computer skills for reporting and communicationApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
