We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have over three years of industry experience or a degree equivalent. This role involves planning and performing a range of duties to maintain, service, and repair plant machinery, electrical systems, and facilities. Responsibilities include gas and arc welding, flame cutting, and fabrication operations.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and perform maintenance on plant machinery and electrical systems.Service and repair plant facilities.Conduct gas and arc welding, flame cutting, and fabrication operations.Troubleshoot and determine the cause of problems.Perform routine maintenance and service duties.Lubricate plant machinery and equipment.Inspect and test pumps and associated devices.Interpret wiring, installation, or blueprints.Utilize measuring devices and PLC troubleshooting.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.Ability to interpret wiring and installation blueprints.Experience in using quality measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.PLC knowledge.Electrical maintenance experience of 3+ years, preferably in an Industrial environment Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Knowledge of schematic blueprints.Must be comfortable working in a dirty environment around copper and scrap.Why Work Here?
