**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Shift/Pay/Additional Information:** + Direct Hire + Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:45 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday + Pay: $22.00/hr. - $31.00/hr. + 1.5 x after 40 Hours + **Shift Differential: $0.75/hr.** + **Employees can earn additional $3.00/hr. pay by completing 3,000 hours of work and obtaining a Degree/Certification from Northwest State.** + Join a union plant with a strong benefits package, including Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage starting after 90 days, weekly pay, and a great education program allowing workers and their families to attend school for free. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. + Change bearings, sprockets, and chains. + Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, valves, sensors, pumps, and conveyors. + Diagnose electrical issues up to 480v single phase and three phase. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting for series 5 and 500 PLCs. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties. + Perform general shop clean-up tasks. + Conduct general building maintenance as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Archbold, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr. • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Archbold,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on May 21, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
