**Industrial Maintenance | Start up to $38/hr** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance on machines used in the production of vinyl flooring. The machinery includes conveyors, bearings, chains, roll mixers, waste stations, and more. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulics, changing out hoses, and working with electrical systems, including troubleshooting PLCs, 480V systems, and lockout tagout procedures. You will also troubleshoot conveyors and may work on tall machinery up to 60 feet in the air. If everyone on team meets attendance bonus - extra $100/month for a total of $350/month 4. benefits including full medical, dental, vision, 401k etc. 5. 90 hours of PTO to start, year 3 increases to 120 hours 6.
