Industrial Machine Installer

We are hiring Industrial Machine Installers to support our high‑precision injection molding operations. This role is essential to ensuring consistent quality, smooth production, and a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, experience in molding or equipment setup, and enjoy a hands-on technical role, we want to meet you.

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hr (DOE) +$1 night shift differential

A & C Shifts:

Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday5:50 AM–6:00 PM or 5:50 PM–6:00 AM

B & D Shifts:

Thursday–Saturday + every other WednesdaySame hours as above

Responsibilities:

Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines following established procedures.Perform mold changes, tooling adjustments, and complete machine setups based on production requirements.Troubleshoot molding issues including flash, short shots, burns, and dimensional variances.Monitor and adjust process parameters in real time to maintain quality and throughput.Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify product quality and process accuracy.Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve defects and optimize processes.Accurately document machine settings, process changes, and production notes.Support continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction, cycle time improvement, and overall equipment efficiency.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment in line with company standards.

Qualifications

Experience in plastics injection molding or industrial machine setup preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose machine and process issues.Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality documentation.Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices and protocols.Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
