What to Expect: As an Industrial HVAC Technician you will being a Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician licensure, be fully capable of diagnosing and leading repairs on complex HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting new equipment installations across the manufacturing plant.

Caterpillar offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program, time off, and other Total Rewards.Openings available on 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.Your Role Day to Day: As an Industrial HVAC Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and leading repairs on HVAC system breakdowns while supporting root‑cause analysis efforts. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC principles, including refrigerant handling, recovery, and charging, as well as the ability to interpret complex schematics and resolve technical issues on production and facility equipment. Duties include performing accurate and timely preventive maintenance, coordinating safety procedures such as lockout/tagout and safe lift operation, and supporting the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
What you will have (Basic Requirements):
Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician (Class C Required)3 years minimum cumulative industrial HVAC experience within manufacturing and other industrial related industriesAbility to read schematics

Summary Pay Range:
$26.25 - $33.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
