Job Title: Industrial EngineerJob Description

This position is responsible for improving cycle time, process capacity, space usage, safety, and ergonomics within the material handling and logistics environment.

ResponsibilitiesConduct MOST Time Studies to analyze and improve processes.Manage projects effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.Design and implement new systems and functions to enhance efficiency.Benchmark new and innovative solutions for continuous improvement.Apply principles of lean manufacturing for process improvement.Essential SkillsProficiency in industrial engineering.Strong knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement techniques.Experience with lean manufacturing and MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique).MOST Certified.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.1-5 years of applicable experience.Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.Work Environment

The position is based in a sequencing center warehouse. The work environment involves significant engineering projects with a focus on automation and innovation, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new solutions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lincoln, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
