\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nTroubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing industrial machinery and electrical systems. \n\n\nOperate and monitor production equipment in accordance with engineering guidelines and safety protocols. \n\n\nPerform mechanical and electrical diagnostics using tools such as multimeters, calipers, gauges, and precision measurement instruments. \n\n\nObserve machine operation and report performance deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to engineering leadership. \n\n\nSupport continuous improvement projects related to equipment efficiency, production workflow, and preventative maintenance programs. \n\n\nReview diagrams, schematics, engineering instructions, and equipment manuals to support machine setup and troubleshooting activities. \n\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks, equipment performance, and repair activities. \n\n\nEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA regulations, and company quality standards. \n\n\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. \n\n\nPerform additional technical duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations. \n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\n\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent in a closely related field \n\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals in English. \n\n\nCompetency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems using standard diagnostic tools. \n\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing equipment operation and process flow. \n\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize technical tasks, and make data supported decisions. \n\n\nEffective communication with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.\n\nWorking Conditions
\n\nConstant standing and walking (8 hours or more per day) \n\n\nLifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling (up to and including 50lbs or more). \n\n\nReaching overhead. \n\n\nWorking from a ladder of raised platform. \n\n\nReaching below knees. \n\n\nAbility to reasonably multitask. \n\n\nWorking with electricity, tools, and wiring. \n\n\nCompleting required paperwork in timely manner. \n\n\nUsing material handling equipment as needed. \n\nButterball Core Competencies:
