Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Level 2) / Principal Industrial Engineer (Level 3) . This position will be located at our Space sector in Clearfield, UT.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Manufacturing & Operations team.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience or 0 years with Masters degree.Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company, to meet its business needsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment for any kind of industryLevel 3

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
