This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn electrical systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques in a hands-on environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems, motors, and control panelsMeasure, cut, bend, and install conduit; pull wiring through designated openingsSupport troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical equipment malfunctionsFollow all safety procedures, electrical codes (including NEC), and regulatory requirementsMaintain tools, equipment, parts, and supplies in an organized mannerAbility to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationPerform general labor tasks, including cleaning work areas and material handlingReceive hands-on training from the Plant Electrician and Assembly Floor SupervisorWork in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme hot or cold conditionsPerform physically demanding tasks such as working in confined spaces or assisting with trenchingQualifications and RequirementsStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power toolsPhysical stamina for standing, climbing, bending, and liftingMust have experience in electrical systems, codes, and safety protocolsStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamBenefits and Perks$22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experienceWeekly payMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchShort- and long-term disability optionsAccident, disability, and life insuranceReferral bonus programYour New OrganizationThis organization specializes in industrial woodworking machinery and manufacturing solutions.
