**Job Title: Industrial Electrician** Job Description Plan, layout, and perform all operations related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of complex electrical equipment and circuitry. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electric motors, digital drives, high voltage circuits, and electrical control panels. Responsibilities + Repair and maintain electric 3 phase or single phase motors and replace if needed. + Understand and work with Rockwell PLCs. + Maintain all equipment associated with electric motors, including variable frequency drives (VFDs). + Install and repair various types of electronic equipment, including PLC programs (RS Logix 5000 and GE). + Maintain and install electric services in plant buildings. + Install new equipment: mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, and connect wire. + Perform preventive maintenance through work orders on plant equipment. + Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns. + Perform machine changeovers. Essential Skills + Ability to troubleshoot using electrical diagrams or schematics. + Experience in electrically troubleshooting equipment or machinery. + Proficiency in control wiring. + PLC troubleshooting and understanding of ladder logic. + Minimum of 3+ years experience with a solid job history. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Complete understanding of AC/DC current 100, 200, 480, and 2300 V circuitry. + Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Ability to interpret schematics to troubleshoot both electrically and mechanically. + Experience with electrical measurement devices. + Experience in manufacturing equipment and machinery repair. + Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. + Experience with conduit and control panels. After training, the regular shift is from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:30am, with a shift differential for second and third shifts. The work consists of 70% electrical and 30% mechanical troubleshooting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $82056.00/yr. There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
