Employees are required to wear steel toe boots, long pants, and safety gear including hard hats, glasses, and ear plugs.** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team and work the night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, on a rotating schedule of four days on and four days off. This role requires flexibility to work any day of the week as the schedule rotates. You will be working in an industrial environment, specifically processing aluminum, which can be hot, dusty, and loud at times. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical skills and experience, particularly in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment. + Diagnose and repair problems in heavy industrial machinery, including aluminum extrusion presses and auxiliary equipment. + Read and understand drawings, blueprints, schematics, code requirements, service manuals, and manufacturers' specifications. + Contribute to safety and environmental programs to meet regulatory requirements. + Perform maintenance safety program audits, including Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE, and mobile equipment. + Maintain an electronic backlog of Work Requests and Work Orders with maintenance planners. + Promote, support, and enforce ISO 9001 elements within the maintenance department. **Skills** + Minimum of 4 years' experience in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery. + Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical/electronic circuits, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and other industrial systems. + Proficient in reading and understanding technical documentation. + Knowledge of electrical repair, PLC maintenance, and preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Extensive experience in industrial maintenance, including Electrical/PLC, Robotics, Mechanical, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Welding, and Machining. + Knowledge of ISO 9001 elements and their applicability to the maintenance department. + Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). + Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and OSHA requirements (preferred). + Strong PLC troubleshooting knowledge, particularly with Rockwell software. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation time, and life insurance.
