**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for recording maintenance repair activities in a computer-based maintenance management system, working with PLCs, CNCs, and multi-access robots daily, and using basic test equipment such as multi-meters, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems. The technician will repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment including lathes, mills, welding and brazing equipment, presses, and automated assembly lines. A strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings is required to solve problems promptly. The role also involves striving to reduce downtime by working efficiently and performing countermeasures focused on root cause analysis. A commitment to safety, quality, and strong interpersonal skills is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Record maintenance repair activities in a computer-based maintenance management system.
+ Work with PLCs, CNCs, and multi-access robots daily.
+ Use basic test equipment such as multi-meters, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.
+ Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as lathes, mills, welding and brazing equipment, presses, and automated assembly lines.
+ Understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, as well as mechanical drawings to solve problems in a timely manner.
+ Strive to reduce downtime by working efficiently and performing countermeasures aimed at root cause analysis.
+ Commit to safety and quality with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
+ Work and communicate effectively as part of a team.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-4 years of experience in a production maintenance environment.
+ General knowledge of machines and tools, measurement instruments, automation/robotics, maintenance, and repair.
+ Associates Degree in Machining Technology or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent work experience.
+ Basic knowledge of mathematics and trigonometry to understand complex instructions, schematics, and ensure correct design and build.
+ Proficiency in blueprints and schematics.
+ Knowledge of intermediate maintenance skills.
+ Ability to create standard operating procedures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with mechanical components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, robotics, CNCs, and other mechanically driven equipment.
+ Preferably an Associates degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
+ Eagerness to learn, supported by a robust training and development program.
+ Skills in welding, lathes, mills, and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Experience with Fanuc and automated equipment.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is climate-controlled and clean, ensuring a safe setting for all employees. You will work with CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-access robots, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems. The facility includes training hubs to work on equipment that is off the manufacturing floor, providing a hands-on learning experience.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
