Now Hiring: Industrial Assemblers – 2nd Shift | $25.64/hr Location: Creve Coeur, MO Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) Training: On 1st shift until competent About the Role: Join our client's production team as an Industrial Assembler and help build high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You’ll work hands-on with conveyor systems, belt-driven components, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes. If you’re mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Set up and change over equipment for various assemblies Plumb pneumatic and hydraulic lines; install motors and gearboxes Test assemblies for proper fit and function Inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Track and log time sheets for each build Maintain clean and safe work area Transfer completed assemblies to next production stage Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other assist tools Perform general tool maintenance and other assigned duties Must-Have Skills: Computer literacy Ability to lift 40 lbs and meet physical demands Technical education preferred Hands-on experience with industrial assembly tools and processes Preferred Qualifications: Class 1: 3+ years of industrial assembly experience Class 2: 1+ year of industrial assembly experience Experience assembling conveyor systems and interpreting blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication and attention to detail HS Diploma/GED preferred Ready to assemble your future with us?
