JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a variety of administrative functions primarily related to cash management, loan compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Cash & Banking Management
Manage internet banking platforms to ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, receipts, and account monitoring.
Maintain payment workflows, including verification, approval routing, and compliance with company internal controls.
Handle large-value transactions and ensure proper authorization and bank coordination.
Monitor daily bank balances and reconcile cash positions across all bank accounts.
2. Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Planning
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.
Analyze cash inflows and outflows, identify variances, and provide recommendations for optimal cash management.
Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, AP, AR, Operations) to gather data related to projected cash needs.
3. Treasury Instruments & Banking Products
Manage foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging (if applicable), ensuring best rates and minimal risk exposure.
Handle placement and rollover of deposits (Deposito) and negotiate competitive interest rates with banks.
Monitor interest income and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
4. Bank Relationship Management
Liaise with banks to process:
1. Vendor and supplier payments
2. Bank Guarantees (BG) issuance, amendment, and cancellation
3. Letters of Credit (LC) applications, document checking, and settlement
Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to obtain competitive services and resolve issues promptly.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all banking transactions comply with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation for treasury transactions, FX deals, deposits, BG, and LC files.
Support internal and external audit queries related to treasury activities.
6. Reporting
Prepare treasury-related reports, including cash position, cash flow forecast, FX exposure, investment summary, and bank charges analysis.
Provide management with insights to support decision-making regarding liquidity, risk, and funding.
HSE Support:
Comply with Government Regulations & Company HSE Policies, Procedure & Rules
Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015
Ensure all related activity will refer to HIRADC
Maintain HSE equipment in the Company
Always remind colleagues to prioritize work safety and health and prevent environmental damage
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Experience working in a multinational company.
Strong experience and understanding of banking systems.
High level of computer literacy.
Familiarity with accounting systems, preferably SAP FICO and SAP PTR.
