As an Individual Accountability Regime - Change Project Manager in the EMEA Regional Governance & Controls team, you will oversee the Individual Accountability Regime framework and operating model. You will drive process improvements and ensure seamless support for senior executives, contributing to the firm's governance and controls agenda. Your role involves substantial engagement with regional senior management and governance leads, enhancing efficiencies across Lines of Business and Functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and develop processes for quality and efficiency improvements. Identify, design, deliver, and project manage process improvements. Lead the interpretation and application of SMR regulations, providing expert advice. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance team procedures. Support stakeholders on IAR rules and regulatory requirements. Implement SMR regulatory changes in business and functions. Act as a key contact for SMR-related queries and issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Ensure regulatory documentation is current and consistent. Review and enhance material controls for robust IAR Framework execution.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Extensive experience in financial services, with UK SMR and/or Ireland SEAR experience Strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven teamwork and leadership qualities. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on controls. Proactive self-starter, capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
