The ideal candidate will have 2 years of procurement experience, working knowledge of SAP Ariba, and purchasing experience What you'll be responsible for: + Support operational indirect procurement needs across assigned business areas. + Collaborate with indirect buyers to understand specifications and timelines, and communicate expectations to suppliers. + Process and code purchasing card requests in line with company policies. + Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance. + Track purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring goods receipt is completed. + Resolve invoice exceptions and perform reconciliation. + Prepare purchase orders and blanket purchase orders (BPOs) for contracts and one-time purchases. + Communicate with suppliers to meet delivery requirements and resolve sourcing or delivery issues. + Coordinate with Accounts Payable to address blocked invoices and discrepancies. + Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned. What you’ll bring: + 1–2 years of procurement experience. + Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba. + Strong customer service and follow-up skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Office Suite. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
