URBN is looking for a PD Coordinator who will support the Textiles category by tracking development

milestones, coordinating sample timing, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This

role will act as an executional partner between vendors, the India office, and the U.S.-based

PD team. A strong attention to detail, follow-up, and process tracking is key.

This individual will help ensure the smooth and timely execution

of sample development, testing, and vendor communication for seasonal programs.

Role Responsibilities

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

Track and report sample status for all development stylesCall out delays, reasons for lateness, and flag risks to on-time deliverySupport PD team with approvals/amendments and sample charges follow-upCoordinate vendor responses to comments and ensure timely submissions

SYSTEM & DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

Assist in finalizing tech specs in PLM SystemEnsure duty rates and cost breakdowns are properly enteredMaintain PI sheets, TOPs, and sample tracking reportsUpload and organize vendor documentation as neededCoordinate initial testing on new fabric developmentsMonitor timelines for test submission and reporting Role Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with PLM systemsExperience in textiles or fabric development preferredAbility to coordinate across teams and manage follow-upClear communication and structured reporting style

3–5 years in a product development or sourcing coordinator role, ideally with exposure to

textiles or fabric categories.
