**About the Role:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Business Analyst** with strong expertise in **VBA and Excel Macros** to join our dynamic team in **Indore** . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process automation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. + Develop and maintain **Excel Macros, VBA scripts, and automation tools** to streamline processes. + Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Excel-based reporting dashboards. + Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to deliver actionable insights. + Prepare and present reports, charts, and summaries for management. **Required Skills:** + Proficiency in **VBA programming** and **Excel Macros** (mandatory). + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, etc.). + Good understanding of business process workflows and automation. + Strong problem-solving and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Skills:** + Exposure to SQL / MS Access / Power BI. + Understanding of financial/business data analysis. **Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field. **Perks & Benefits:** + Competitive salary package. + Exposure to cross-domain business functions. + Learning and development opportunities.
