About Team:
The Total Rewards Benefits Team in India is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and market competitive benefits programs that enhance the overall well-being of our associates and help them live better. This team manages a wide array of associate benefits, wellbeing initiatives and associate awareness channels. They work closely with various vendors partners, internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless administration and communication of benefits. The team is driven to continuously improve benefit offerings based on feedback and aims to create a supportive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Their proactive and innovative approach ensures that the benefits programs remain relevant and valuable to all associates.
What you'll do:
Insurance benefits
Handle the annual enrollment process for all group insurance policies—GMC, Voluntary top-up plans, OPD, GTLI, GPADriving increased voluntary top-up plan subscriptions among associatesManage the addition & deletion process for new joiners and exiting associatesReview weekly/monthly/quarterly claims data and ensure SLAs are met by TPACoordinate with TPA, broker & insurer to ensure smooth processing of the policies and follow-up for timely settlementAssist associates with insurance process—enrolment, filing claims, policy queries, emergency hospitalization supportAddress associate queries and escalations as necessaryPrepare cases for associates needing additional funding through corporate buffer or salary advance for critical illnessesSupport the annual insurance renewal cycle and involved in the benefits designCreate associate awareness through sessions, workshops, 1:1 helpdesks and other communication materialManage the CD reconciliation process, share payroll inputs for top-up premium deductions, etc.Benefits administration
Organize in-person health check-up programs in collaboration with healthcare providers and drive utilization of annual health check-upsAdminister the childcare benefits program for associates in collaboration with vendor partnersOversee the car lease program, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes are followed by stakeholders involvedManage the fitness reimbursement programSupport the domestic and international relocation processesConduct sessions and create materials to educate associates about various benefits & wellness initiativesRespond to associate queries and escalations on benefits within the defined SLAsMaintain data around benefits utilization, associate testimonials, etc and share recommendationsBuild survey questionnaire / tools for associate's feedback related to benefits programWellness programs
Support the annual wellness strategy designImplement monthly wellness programs & events in line with the wellness calendar—liaising with trainers, events team, vendors, stakeholders, etcConduct the annual wellness carnival in partnership with vendorsEngage the wellness champions and involve them in the eventsCapture associate feedback and implement improvements to the programWhat you'll bring:
