Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CSR Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social impact, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to drive meaningful programs that align with the company’s values and business objectives.
Along with the CSR role the person will manage the Compliance Tool to track and report the overall compliances to the senior management of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
CSR
Strategy & PlanningPlan and manage CSR projects focused on sustainability, community development, education, employee volunteering and KPIs aligned with the company’s mission and core business strategy.Program ManagementTrack CSR budgets and manage vendor contracts where applicable.Organize employee engagement initiatives such as volunteer drives, donation campaigns, and awareness programs.Stakeholder EngagementBuild relationships with NGOs, community groups, government bodies, and other stakeholders to enhance CSR partnerships. Engage with internal stakeholders to encourage employee participation in CSR efforts.Monitoring & ReportingMonitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR programs, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.Communication & BrandingCollaborate with corporate communications to amplify CSR initiatives through internal and external channels, including websites, media, and social platforms.ComplianceEnsure full compliance with local CSR laws (e.g., CSR expenditure, reporting under Indian Companies Act for Indian operations).Maintain audit-ready documentation of all CSR activities and partnerships.
Compliance Tool
Ensure monthly reporting of compliance status at the company level to Senior Management.Follow up with Internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of compliance documents in the Compliance Tool.Audit the compliance documents submitted by various stakeholders on the Compliance Tool.Liaise with the consultant to address any technical issue related to the Compliance Tool.Monitor alerts shared by consultant regarding amendments to existing law and implementation of new laws/regulation. Coordinate with the consultant and internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of legislative changes.Your Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related role.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing CSR budgets, vendors, and large-scale multi-stakeholder projects.Eager to get involved in other areas of compliance.Our Ideal Candidate
